The holiday season is our busiest time of year! Please place your orders early to ensure timely fulfillment. Once an order is placed, all sales are final. Processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased demand and carrier delays.

Once an item is sold out, it is sold out. The Mad Batter Cookiez has a limited supply of packaging and ingredients during the holiday season and cannot guarantee restocks or additional availability.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage early ordering to ensure you get your favorites before they’re gone!

🚚 Shipping Policy

All shipped orders include a tracking number once fulfilled.
The Mad Batter Cookiez is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or non-delivery once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times can vary due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

The Mad Batter Cookiez cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost, delayed, damaged, or undelivered packages.

🧁 Pick-Up Policy

If you selected local pick-up, you’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.

Please pick up your order within the scheduled pick-up window provided at checkout or as arranged. Orders not picked up within 48 hours may lose freshness. After 72 hours, uncollected orders may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up. If someone else will be picking up for you, please notify us in advance.

Custom and private event orders must be placed at least 14 days prior to the event date to allow adequate preparation time.

Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not guarantee availability or confirm your order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full and you have received written confirmation from The Mad Batter Cookiez.

All private and custom orders must be paid in full in advance, and all sales are final once payment is made.

If you need to adjust or cancel an order, requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of payment and are subject to approval. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after that time.

This policy complies with New York State consumer protection and cottage food regulations regarding custom-made, perishable goods.

To ensure the best quality, we recommend storing cookies in an airtight container at room temperature or in the freezer if not consumed within a few days.
